Our production consists of the Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG which is born in the ancient “mixed” vineyard, the Frappato, the Nero d’Avola, the Rosato and the Bianco, embellished by the particular relationship of soil and climate, and by the richness of the ecosystem reinforced by the organic regime. The grapes are selected in the vineyard and are harvested by hand, in the cellar the best grapes become wine with indigenous yeasts and very low use of sulfur. The history of the vines, protected and developed on soils ideal for their development, imposes on the taste the marked character of the production area, the aromatic notes of historical vines of a unique territory, in which altitude, wind and climatic contrasts enhance the complex structure , the richness and elegance of wine.
